I have not really been running all that long. In fact, I know when I started. June 13, 1011. I know , because I purchased my first garmin watch then. The technology is really what has kept me at it this long. Last week I replaced that first watch, the 405cx, with the 220. What a nice "toy". Better that my son Ryan inherited the 405cx.
