Candid Captures: For a few years, I had the opportunity to shoot some NASCAR. A standard technique when shooting a race is to pan a shot. Meaning, obtain focus and move the came at the same relative speed as the subject. This blurs the background while making it appear that the subject is in relative focus..... Figured i would dig up this techniqe for the scooters.. Quite frankly, watching them buzz around Paris was VERY similiar to NASCAR. #scooter #paris #panning
